Overview
SquadGear creates custom tournament bag tag Team Packs for athletes, teams, clubs, coaches, parents, and tournament groups. Our products are personalized using information provided by the customer, including team logos, athlete names, jersey or cap numbers, QR/profile links, design style, and roster size.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to provide any team, athlete, logo, or link information used for customization.
Online Store Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you are using this website with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, coach, team coordinator, or other authorized adult.
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.
Product Information
We make every effort to display our products, pricing, descriptions, images, and details as accurately as possible. However, product images, colors, sizes, mockups, and layouts may vary slightly from the final printed product.
Because SquadGear products are custom-made, final designs may be adjusted slightly for production quality, readability, spacing, print alignment, QR code visibility, or logo placement.
Custom Orders
SquadGear Team Packs are customized based on the information submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
- Team or club name
- Team logo
- Design style
- Roster size
- Athlete names
- Jersey or cap numbers
- QR/profile links
- Head coach or team coordinator information
- Shipping address
- Event deadline, if applicable
SquadGear is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, misspelled, outdated, low-resolution, or broken customer-submitted information after production has started.
Roster and Team Detail Submission
After checkout, customers may be required to complete a roster submission form before production can begin.
Production does not begin until SquadGear receives the required team details, including roster information, team logo, and QR/profile links.
Delays in submitting team details may delay production and shipping. To help ensure delivery before your event, please complete the roster submission form as soon as possible after checkout.
Customer-Submitted Logos, Images, and Content
By submitting a team logo, image, name, design element, or other content to SquadGear, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use that content for custom product production.
You agree not to submit content that infringes on the rights of others, including trademarks, copyrights, school or club branding rights, or other intellectual property rights.
SquadGear may refuse to produce any order that includes content we believe is unlawful, inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or unauthorized.
QR Codes and Submitted Links
Customers may submit QR/profile links that direct to player profiles, highlight reels, recruiting pages, team pages, social accounts, tournament pages, or other approved destinations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted links are accurate, active, appropriate, and safe to use.
SquadGear is not responsible for:
- Incorrect QR destinations caused by customer-submitted links
- Broken or expired links
- Third-party website changes
- Privacy practices of external websites
- Content displayed on third-party pages
- Links that are later changed, removed, or restricted
If a link is missing, unclear, or unusable before production, we may contact you for clarification.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
SquadGear reserves the right to update pricing, product offerings, discounts, promotions, and availability at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. Promotional pricing, discount codes, and launch offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact SquadGear as soon as possible.
We may be able to make changes if production has not started. Once your order has moved into production, changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges may no longer be available due to the custom nature of the product.
Production and Shipping
SquadGear products are custom-manufactured after the required team details are submitted and reviewed.
Shipping timelines depend on:
- Timely submission of team details
- Completeness and quality of submitted files
- Production schedule
- Shipping carrier transit times
- Event deadlines
- Quantity and complexity of the order
We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested event deadlines, but delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed unless confirmed by SquadGear in writing.
Returns and Refunds
Because SquadGear products are custom-made, personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has started, unless there is a production error or defect caused by SquadGear.

Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, shipping, and customization information for all orders.
SquadGear is not responsible for production or delivery delays caused by inaccurate customer information, incomplete roster submissions, incorrect shipping addresses, missing files, or delayed responses to follow-up questions.
Intellectual Property
All SquadGear branding, website content, product concepts, designs, layouts, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by SquadGear or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use SquadGear materials without written permission.
Customer-submitted logos and team content remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting content to SquadGear, you grant us permission to use that content solely for the purpose of designing, producing, fulfilling, and supporting your custom order.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website, products, or services:
- For unlawful purposes
- To violate any laws or regulations
- To infringe upon intellectual property rights
- To submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
- To upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Our total liability for any order-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SquadGear products and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality custom products, but we do not guarantee that our website, services, third-party links, QR destinations, or external platforms will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
Indemnification

If an order is refused before production begins, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
