What is included in each SquadGear Tournament Tag Pack?
Each Tournament Tag Pack includes custom gear for up to 18 team members, including 1 free Head Coach Pack.
For each athlete, the pack includes:
- 1 Legacy ID Bag Tag, 2.5" x 4"
- 5 Signature ID Tags, 2.125" x 3.375"
- 15 Exchange Tags, 1.375" x 2.625"
Each item is customized with your selected design style, team branding, and scannable QR experience.
How many athletes are included in the base price?
The base Tournament Tag Pack includes custom gear for up to 18 team members.
Can I order for more than 18 athletes?
No. You will have to order another tag pack.
What if my team has fewer than 18 athletes?
That’s totally fine. The base Tournament Tag Pack covers up to 18 athletes, so you can order even if your team has fewer than 18 players.
How do I submit my team details?
After checkout, you’ll receive a roster submission form where you can upload your team logo and provide athlete names, jersey/cap numbers, and QR/profile links.
Please complete the form as soon as possible so we can begin preparing your custom Tournament Tag Pack.
What team details do I need to provide?
You’ll need:
- Shopify order number
- Customer name and email
- Team or club name
- Head coach or team coordinator name
- Team logo
- Athlete names
- Jersey/cap numbers
- QR/profile links
- Event date or deadline, if applicable
What kind of logo file should I upload?
For best print quality, upload a high-resolution logo file.
Preferred file types:
- AI
- EPS
- Transparent PNG
If uploading a PNG or JPG, we recommend at least 1500 x 1500 px, with 2000 x 2000 px or larger preferred.
Please avoid screenshots, small web images, or blurry logo files.
What can the QR code link to?
QR codes can link to:
- Player profiles
- Recruiting profiles
- Highlight reels
- Team pages
- Social media profiles
- Tournament information
- Event-specific rewards
- Custom web pages
Please make sure each link is accurate and active before submitting your roster form.
Do you create the player profile pages?
Not by default. Customers provide the link they want each QR code to open.
This can be a recruiting profile, highlight reel, team page, athlete bio, or another approved destination.
What if an athlete does not have a profile link?
You can submit a team page, social link, highlight link, or another destination instead.
Can I order more than one Tournament Tag Pack?
Yes. You can add multiple Tournament Tag Packs to your cart.
After checkout, the roster submission form will allow you to provide details for each team or pack included in your order.
What if I am ordering for multiple teams?
If you are ordering for multiple teams, please select the correct Tournament Tag Pack quantity at checkout.
After checkout, you’ll be able to submit details for each team using a bulk roster upload sheet to make the process easier.
When does production begin?
Production begins after your order is placed and your roster submission form has been completed and reviewed.
If information is missing, unclear, or unusable, we may contact you before your order moves into production.
How long does production take?
Production timing may vary based on order volume, roster size, design details, and event deadlines.
To avoid delays, please submit your team details as soon as possible after checkout. If you have a specific tournament or event date, include it in your roster submission form.
Can you guarantee delivery before my event?
We will do our best to meet requested event deadlines, but delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Squad Gear in writing.
Submitting your roster details quickly gives us the best chance of producing and shipping your order in time.
Where will my Tournament Tag Pack ship?
Your Tournament Tag Pack ships to the shipping address entered at checkout.
We recommend using the address of the coach, team coordinator, parent organizer, or club director responsible for distributing the packs.
Can I make changes after submitting my roster?
If production has not started, we may be able to make changes.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update a name, number, logo, or QR/profile link. Once production begins, changes may no longer be available.
What if I submit a typo or wrong link?
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate names, jersey/cap numbers, logos, and QR/profile links.
Squad Gear is not responsible for customer-submitted typos, wrong numbers, broken links, or incorrect QR destinations after production has started.
Can I cancel my order?
If production has not started, we may be able to cancel or update your order.
Because Tournament Tag Packs are custom-made, cancellations and refunds may not be available once production begins.
Are custom Tournament Tag Packs refundable?
Custom Tournament Tag Packs are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started, unless there is a production error or defect caused by Squad Gear.

What sports are Squad Gear Tournament Tag Packs for?
Squad Gear Tournament Tag Packs are designed for youth sports teams, travel clubs, tournament squads, and national championship events.
They work great for water polo, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, softball, baseball, basketball, swim, cheer, field hockey, football, wrestling, and more.
Who should order the Tournament Tag Pack?
Most orders are placed by:
- Coaches
- Team parents
- Club directors
- Team coordinators
- Tournament organizers
- Parent volunteers
The person placing the order should be able to submit or coordinate the team roster, logo, and QR/profile links.
Why do you ask for a phone number?
We may use your phone number only for order-related questions, shipping issues, or urgent production updates related to your custom Tournament Tag Pack.
Email will remain our primary communication method.
